Refund and Returns Policy

At Kanoline, we strive to provide reliable and comfortable shuttle services to all our customers. Please carefully review our refund and returns policy for any booking cancellations, changes, or issues related to our services.

1. Cancellations and Refunds

1.1 Cancellation by Customer:

  1. Full Refund: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled trip will be eligible for a full refund.
  2. Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 24 hours but more than 6 hours before the scheduled trip will be eligible for a 50% refund.
  3. No Refund: Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the scheduled trip will not be eligible for a refund.
  4. How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, please fill the Refund Form.

1.2 Cancellation by the Company:

In the rare event that we need to cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather conditions or operational issues), you will be eligible for:

  • Full Refund of your ticket price, or
  • Free Rescheduling to another available trip of your choice, subject to availability.

2. Rescheduling Trips

  • You can request a reschedule for your trip free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure.
  • Rescheduling within 24 hours of the departure time will incur a rescheduling fee of N200, depending on seat availability.
  • Same-day rescheduling is subject to availability and may not be guaranteed.

3. No-Show Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled trip without prior cancellation, no refunds or reschedules will be provided.

4. Return of Lost Property

If you leave personal belongings on one of our shuttles, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will make every effort to recover your items, but we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged belongings. Any recovered items will be held for a period of 30 days.

5. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the cancellation request has been confirmed. Please note that depending on your payment method, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
